OMM offers guided hunts in both Northern and Southern Maine. In Southern Maine we hunt private land in Cumberland. In Northern Maine we hunt the Allagash and reserve lands around Eagle Lake. We also arrange accompanied hunting excursions to Anticosti Island, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada

Since the deer are more contained, the odds of success are greater in Southern Maine. Bow hunting is great fun and during the rut you often have a choice of bucks. Here we hunt from September through November. Young hunters love hunting here because we see a lot of deer and deer sign.

OMM also offers an expanded bow hunt from September to December where the hunter can harvest unlimited does and one buck in the southern regions of Maine on privately owned land. This is an afternoon hunt that is a very fun and action packed.

Deer hunting in Northern Maine is challenging, but the bucks are large and the racks are huge. Here hunters must be patient. The odds are best in late November and even during the December black powder season when the hunting pressure is much less.
